Festival Time!

Our local festival was this past weekend and while the rain put a damper on the event on Saturday, Sunday was just as packed. The festival helps raise money for the local parks and recreation programs and is a tradition for many families. We're one of the few lucky ones that don't have to brave the traffic and shuttle buses, we just close the garage door and walk down to the park. This was Colin's first festival since we were out of town last year. He rode his first carnival ride, had a snow cone and visited the petting zoo. It was a rather pleasant afternoon after the rain the day before.
