What causes us to get a headache if our hair is pulled too tight? If I wear a pony tail too high up on my head, I get a hair headache. These things are just brutal and hurt like the dickens. The sigh of relief is felt and thousands of hair follicles are cheering as I let me hair down. Why is this?
